Plan your visit
Looking for service times, directions, and what to expect? You’re in the right place!
We know it can be scary to visit a new church for the first time, so we’ve put together a short guide to your visit. Consider your questions answered! 🎉
When should I arrive?
Our morning services get going from 10:45am.
Although our Sunday service starts at 11am, you will want to get there a little early – meeting new people and registering your children into Kingdom Kids all takes time!
If you’re driving to Wokingham Vineyard, we have a separate entrance to the school off Sandhurst Road (there’s a large banner – hopefully you won’t miss it!). Just drive in and you’ll be shown where to park by one of the team.
What's the culture like? What should I wear?
Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest!
From kids groups to the main service, Sundays at Wokingham Vineyard feel exciting and relaxed.
You’ll see people come as they are, wearing anything from comfies to suits – whatever you’re comfortable in, you’re welcome to join us!
What can I expect?
What does a service look like?
Services begin with a band leading the church in worship music – the song lyrics will be on the screens if you want to engage and sing along.
After musical worship, one of the teaching team will come out to share an encouraging message based on the bible, followed by a short time for anybody who would like prayer to receive it.
In total a Sunday morning service is around 60 minutes long, finishing around 12pm and leaving plenty of time to grab the roast out of the oven!
What about my kids and teens?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week. Kingdom Kids is like a Sunday School, with different classes ranging from 0-11 years old.
As your children’s safety is our number one priority, we have a check-in process to follow every time you visit – you’ll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get them signed in!
Youth and Teens
Just like kids, we want our 11 to 18 year-olds to have an awesome time hanging out every week. Our youth team prepare a fantastic session each week with interesting discussions, sharing stories and games – all focussed on getting to know God a little better!
“As soon as we walked through the front doors it just felt like home, even though I was a little anxious before attending!”
