‘Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, the kingdom of God is for such as these’.
It’s not babysitting. It’s not school. We provide kids groups on a Sunday morning during the service where the children can meet, have fun, and experience the Kingdom. Our time together is jam-packed and can get active, messy, and noisy. In the Vineyard we say ‘Everyone gets to play’ meaning every follower of Jesus can do the stuff of the Kingdom. This applies to our children too so expect them to be praying for healing and experiencing the Holy Spirit in their own ways. If you bring along someone aged 2-10 we would love them to join in. Check in opens before the service – don’t forget to collect them at the end!
Life can look rather different once you attend church with an under 2 in tow. We want young families to feel included and comfortable. We provide a stay-and-play hosted creche for under 2s; a safe environment with toys and space for your little ones to play. The service is also streamed to the creche. The creche host will be there to chat and pray with you. Young families are welcome to stay together in the service or make use of the creche at any time, depending what works best for you on the day. A nappy changing station is available here too.
We come together on Sunday mornings to chat and think about how God shows up in our lives; If you’re 11-17 and would like to join us, we head out during worship so keep an eye out for us and we’ll keep an eye out for you!Â
Our aim is to help young people to build relationships with God and with other Christians, with the tools and passion to live as Christians outside of Church.
We also have a variety of Friday night and Saturday socials each term.Â
